Work bee and Movie Nights

Looking for an interesting and informative volunteer experience (that’s easy and entertaining too!)?

Wellington Water Watchers is hosting three work bee/movie nights over the next months. We are in the middle of our Message in the Bottle program where we are delivering a stainless steel water bottle along with an education piece to every school-aged child in Wellington County. To facilitate daily delivery of the bottles, we need to remove the bottles from their packaging and break down the boxes for recycling ahead of time. With the kind of numbers we are dealing with, it makes the most sense to do this work in a work bee format. To make the experience both informative and entertaining, we have decided to combine our work bees with a movie night. Three great movies about water have been selected for this:
