Refund Policy

In case exceptional circumstances exist whereby a donor has a dispute with the amount donated versus the intended amount, we will endeavour to reach a resolution as best we can. We will reverse the charges and process the new amount being donated. We do however, reserve the right to charge the Credit Card processing fees (3%) charged by the merchant company.
