2Rivers Celebration event – Friday June 13th
Date/Venue: Friday June 13th @ Boathouse, 116 Gordon St, Guelph
date is fast approaching (Friday june 13th). We have a great line-up of bands and another excellent event planned from 4 pm – 11 pm that day.
2pm ~ 3pm - Need 2 people – clean up goose poop from park
2pm ~ 4pm - Need 2 people – decorate the grounds for the festival
11pm ~ Need 2 people – take down decorations
4pm ~ 7pm - Need 2 people to set-up/staff children’s area
7pm ~ 9pm - Need 2 people for staff/take-down children’s area
Marshals (Making sure everyone on site is safe):
5:30pm ~ 7:30pm - Need 2 people
7:30pm ~ 8:30pm ~ Need 4 people
8:30pm ~ 9:30pm ~ Need 4 people
9:30pm ~ 11pm ~ Need 4 people

Seeking a Promotions Director for the upcoming 2Rivers Celebration event!
Wellington Water Watchers annually hosts the 2Rivers Festival Celebration Event at the Boathouse. This is a fundraiser for us and we need a Promotions Director to help us get word out about the event. The event this year falls on Friday June 13th, from 4 pm – 11 pm. It is a licensed event with great performers, activities for kids, bands and great food. We are looking for someone to distribute posters, and work the communications lines through Facebook and tweets. This would require a couple of hours for each of the next three weeks (May 25th – June 13th). If this is of interest please contact Arlene at wellingtonwaterwatchers (at) gmail.com
